Haha landed into this place by accident but i have to say this is a cool blog. Adding it to my bookmarks :))
Oh well
Considering the way you keep yelling with your CAPS button, you’re obviously being an asshole for the sake of it.
You amateurs, let a real professional like RRA do the job in stirring shit up. I have a doctorate from M.I.T., you know.
Go home and continue on your quest to “Man Up” or “Womyn Up” while I do do my God-given job. Now make like a tree and get out of here.
Perhaps audiences dont like being preached at, no matter what CRITICS say I will NEVER Watch STOP LOSS. I am sick of seeing IRAQ WAR Movies come out. Not even the somewhat likable VALLEY OF ELAH, was a Hit.
Come on HOLLYWOOD, you are ALL OUT OF TOUCH!
21 looks fun, and I want to see that, Miss Pettigrew looks fun I wanna see that as well.
Horton hears a Who, well MR RRA, Hollywood needs to make better Animated movies for KIDS, like RATATOUILLE. I do agree BEE MOVIE, which I could only stomach an hour of, was horrible and very BORING for Kids.
DOOMSDAY looked bad, so thats why it bombed.
DONT PREACH MR. AWARDS DAILY PERSON!!!!
To those who keep going to see “Who”:
Fuck You. Fuck your stupid kids, fuck the fact that the best way you can “playtime” is the movies, and Fuck You for picking such a movie.
Anyway, 21 doing so well was damn weird.
P.S. – I hated that DOOMSDAY, a genuinely trashy fun action matinee spectacle, died at the cinemas. Fuck you WHO ticket-buyers.
Random thoughts:
1) There really isn’t much else new out there and a lot of the higher scoring ones often aren’t at the large multiplexes.
2) People pay more attention to what other people say rather than what critics say, which would explain strong opening week for escapist “21.” Expect numbers to drop next week if audiences find it as cruddy as critics do.
3) Considering how well other lousy parody movies have done, the fact that Superhero Movie didn’t even break 10 million might give us some hope for dawning intelligence of the average moviegoer.
Hmmm…
Nothing new there.
