Effectively creepy in a luridly alluring way, but I have feeling the taglines won’t look as half sexy in English as they do in Italian. This kind of movie is ordinarily right up my darkest alley, so I don’t know why I’m having trouble getting excited about Twilight. Maybe somebody who’s read the novel(s) can help boost my enthusiasm.
The smoldering eyes on these guys remind me a little of those PSA safe sex ads from several years ago. (“If you don’t talk to your daughter about sex… I will… I will.” Scary for parents maybe, but in high school I always wanted to meet somebody like that.) hey, I wonder when it comes to sex ed if fundamentalist Vampires favor teaching “Absinthe only”?
