First of all, Cruising belongs on this list about as much as I Now Pronounce You Chuck and Larry. (How is it that William Friedkin directed two of the crudest gay movies of all time? Cruising and Boys in the Band.) And those last two Salon picks are just lame and prurient. How about the tenderness of Beautiful Thing or Edge of Seventeen? How about the steamy complexity of Gar√ßon Stupide, Jossi & Jagger or Burnt Money? Hasn’t Salon seen Gia or Lost and Delirious? Which of your favorite gay movie sex scenes did Salon miss?
