SAG Red Carpet
Nikki Finke reports the auditorium was evacuated 20 minutes ago, but apparently the Red Carpet has been given the all-clear again now:
The entire Shrine Auditorium, where the SAG Awards are to begin in 3 hours, has been evacuated and the red carpet has been temporary shut down. Deadline‘s Ray Richmond reports that everyone was told to leave the building immediately for a sweep as security forces with bomb-sniffing dogs swarmed the premises. Everyone has been escorted out. While bomb sweeps at major awards shows are standard procedure, such mass evacuations so close to the ceremony are unusual. We will update the story when more details are available.

I’m gonna turn it on….however, it’s hard to be excited for a red carpet that Rooney Mara won’t be walking. I’m definitely not the only one who feels that way either! It’s also fun to hear what she says not just see what she will wear. Golden Globes when Ryan Seacrest asked her about her dress and why she picked it she shrugged and just said, “I just liked it” and stared at him with nothing more to say. HA!
