Nice to see some love for The Guard! Very entertaining movie. So much better than that grossly overrated In Bruges.
Saoirse Ronan! Albert Nobbs love is predictable. Is this the second award for Close?
Nice to see some love for Glenn Close!! I’ve felt sorry for her this entire awards season. It seems she’s always losing to someone, usually Meryl Streep. I guess the Irish have no use for Margaret Thatcher!!
HELL YES SAOIRSE RONAN. She was on peak form in that film.
I have to say, the top film awards are rather predictable, given that they were all the highest profile Irish films and performers last year.
Hey what were the nominees for International Film
