Prize Winners and Announcing the Grand Prize
Before we announce the prize for this year’s Oscar predictions contest, the winner of the Restored Godfather DVD or Blu-Ray is Brady, who runs http://screenday.wordpress.com/. Also, something went very wrong with our WGA, Scripter contest. It did not record the data properly.

Hi Sasha, great rewards to whom wins. IF I were to be so lucky, I already own three of the non-nominated (Drive, The Rise of the Planet of the Apes and Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Pt. 2). No matter how many locks there are, and no matter how predictable the season is, there’s always a rash of last minute changes in one’s vote.
And for sure the non-nominated DVDs are the most treasured prize.
Just came back to look at the prize again…..the non-nominated pack actually makes my heart beat fast. Whoever gets that is LUCKY. And if whoever wins picks the Academy pack, you are banished from my circle of coolness!

If those are the best 9 you could come up with, I’ll stick with the Academy. “Extremely Loud & Incredibly Close” notwithstanding.

Non-nominated! Most definitely! My favorite movies of the year are there (A Separation, Shame, Melancholia, Drive, Martha…, Take Shelter). I’ll keep my fingers crossed…for me. Te-hee
The list of non-nominated is excellent. I would have replaced only HP7.2 and RotPotA with We need to talk about Kevin and Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy, but it’s an excellent list. Guess I will have to buy The Artist, Hugo and The Tree of Life later.
I just changed my list for the last time and I’m going with some NGNG predictions too, otherwise my chances of winning are considerably reduced, judging by the predictability of this year.
