My coder is trying to persuade me to move to .net
from PHP. I have always disliked the idea because of the costs.
But he’s tryiong none the less. I’ve been using WordPress on several websites for about a year and am concerned about switching to another platform.
I have heard fantastic things about blogengine.
net. Is there a way I can import all my wordpress posts
into it? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
My Actors Roundtable for this year
Joaquin Phoenix
Denzel Washington
John Hawkes
Ezra Miller
Dwight Henry
Leonardo DiCaprio
Previous years
2011 Dujardin, Fassbender, Plummer, Gosling, Shannon, Oldman
2010 Eisenberg, Duvall, Dorff, Franco, Firth and Bale
btw they really NAILED the 2010 Actress roundtable, of the 6 women invited only Swank did not get an Oscar nomination.
when is the Actress roundtable?
All great and talented actors but none of them have any real Oscar chance outside Mr Washington.
Matt Damon, Jamie Foxx and Richard Gere are out. Not because of lack of quality or anything but because their films don’t have the kind of awards momentum needed to get them inside the 5 noms group. DDL, Phoenix, Washington and Jackman already have reserved 4 slots. Hawkes may have some chance as the 5th but there are also Afleck, Cooper and Hopkins.
They should have either gone fully awards related with at least DDL and Jackman or fully unpredictable with Martin Freeman, Tom Hardy and Suraj Sharma (Lead of Life of Pi if I’m not mistaken).
, Alan Arkin and John Hawkes
I agree with CoolPillow about the interviewer/moderator guy. He’s always been annoying but last season he hit fever pitch. It was just too much. Put me off of him completely. I do like these roundtables but man I can’t stand that guy.
I always like these roundtables, but I CANNOT stand that British interviewer/moderator. He did a director’s roundtable last year too and he was the same as he is here- condescending, patronizing, interrupting actors, picking on people like a schoolteacher to force them to answer his often uninteresting questions, talking too much in general, etc. Just completely grating. Still enjoy these regardless, but man I wish he’d be replaced.
I dont know why people are questioning Damon he is one of the best actors of his generation.
No he’s not. He could have been but he spent too much time fake fighting and Ocean’s-ing.
^ Actually, DDL did one of these – The Newsweek Oscar Roundtable – when he did “There Will Be Blood”. It was him, Angelina Jolie, George Clooney, Marion Cotillard, Ellen Page and James McAvoy.

Do none of you people realize that DDL, Hoffman and Phoenix HATE doing stuff like this? you can barely get them to do press for their movies, they arent going to do a sit down thing like this. Those actors where never going to happen. It’s a good lineup. I dont know why people are questioning Damon he is one of the best actors of his generation.
The questions are always terrible and the interviewers are rude by interrupting them when they answer questions.
It was funny and neat, but needed DDL, Dwight Henry A. Hopkins and Pheonix. Does DDL even do these gatherings ? His appearance this week where he did a bit of Eastwoods skit in the RNC was funny.
At first I was like “Already?” and then I looked at the line up and was like “Is this this year’s?” Poor Denzel got taken to the ghetto. lol j/k
But really? These people?
Matt Damon? Why?

Sucks that they couldn’t get Phoenix or DDL. Waltz would’ve been good too. Don’t they usually have supporting players involved? Where’s PSH and TLJ? Heck, let’s spread the wealth a bit and maybe get Michael Peña on the roundtable for ‘End of Watch’! That would’ve been nice to see.
Matt Damon?! Hahaha.
damn, no DDL, no Phoenix, no Waltz?? They rarely get the exciting guests
