Looks as if the production design of Oblivion will be the true star attraction. A few featurettes after the cut.

The best film las ten years. I like
This looks AMAZING.
Guys,
Am in Qatar and the film premiered today. It is STUNNING!!!
Ryan – you’re right. This film is worthy of Oscar consideration, but not just in production design. Claudio Miranda’s Cinematography is AMAZING – I kept wondering since the very first shot who did the cinematography and I smiled when I saw his name on the credits.
The Score is fantastic and the song is superb. If I was an academy voter, I would vote for

Joseph Kosinski probably won’t make a huge impact in the film industry, but I do think he has an interesting visual eye and I wouldn’t be saying that if I didn’t think he stood out from most director for hire filmmakers.
Tom Cruise is said to have gone beyond 100% mark in his professionalism in his past filmography so I expect nothing less from the film icon. And from both trailer and featurettes here, I like what I see in the film’s FX/cinematography, as well as production design, etc.
Looks promising to me (in those areas).
I am going to check out EW’s [hopefully] Owen Gleiberman’s review and from there get ready for the big-screen when it comes my way.
Thanks for embedding.
Since this is from the helmer of Tron: Legacy, I know it’ll look pretty brilliant. Todd McCarthy already gave it, from what I can gather, a slightly favorable review. It also helps that Claudio Miranda is the DP 🙂
The star attraction?
The only attraction… except Andrea Riseborough. Bitch is gonna #turnitout as usual.
I’m just hoping Morgan Freeman isn’t Xenu.
I got that exact same feeling when I saw the trailer…
