There’s not a life Robin Williams didn’t touch. Tell us your favorite Robin Williams scene or film.
The responses on Twitter and Facebook were truly amazing, and I was swept up in the wave or respect and sadness for hours last night {UK time}. I have been reading about this awful event while at work today and will immerse myself in the world of Robin Williams again tonight.
What I find less respectful is people seemingly using this event to shine a light on themselves – but each to their own.
I loved him in good morning Vietnam, I thought his radio dj stuff was so funny! I also really loved him in Aladdin, he made that movie special.
I remember laughing so hard when watching Mrs. Doubtfire in theater. (And I still enjoy it on cables these days.) Good comedic story-telling, capital choice of main cast members, including Robin Williams. Not only did he do magic with his overall performance in this film, he even showcased his touch as a voice actor as well.

The messages (Tweets) featured here, at the time this comment was posted, were all touching (regardless of the real intent of the original posters [apologies for sounding a bit cynical]), but I found particularly tender the nice photo montage initially placed by Buffy.
(Sasha’s discussed a bit more of the film Insomnia co-starred by Robin Williams in one of AD’s latest threads re the late actor. I own a copyrighted DVD. I think I’m going to revisit it this Saturday to see if there are some additional elements I may have missed.)
