In 2021, Stone’s short film The Summer of the Shark aired on the Netflix series Voir, directed by David Prior and produced by David Fincher.

In 2020, Stone launched a Substack column called Free Thinking to escape what had become a climate of fear around saying what we all really think.

A podcast memoir called GoldTripping covering Stone’s journey as an Oscar blogger that has covered 2000-2013 so far. It is ongoing.
