AlecFPrice – I agree with you. Although I was a bit concerned about the progress of Pitt’s career some years back, I think he’s hitting his stride. This most recent flick has me interested.
Alec, unless they move the US release date up (unlikely), we definitely are getting it on 21st September. My local arthouse (which rarely receives films at the same time as the rest of the UK) is showing it then so it’s pretty definite.
As someone who ranks The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford as one of the best American films of the last 30 years, I’m really looking forward to this. IMDB still lists the UK release as Sep 21 so maybe we’re getting it ahead of the US since it swapped dates with The Master.
