Be forewarned, this is one of those Reader’s Digest Condensed Movie trailers.

Before they can hang up their badges, they are called in to investigate the murder of a notorious pimp…” yada, yada, yada.

Director aside, Pacino, DeNiro, Gugino, Dennehy, and Leguizamo in a script from the writer of INSIDE MAN is worth at least a matinee.
This looks so bad. People are gearing up for it just because it’s Pacino and De Niro even though both are way past their prime. Well, Pacino occasionally can hit a home run (Angels in America especially), but this does not look like one.

Richard, bullshit….HEAT is a classic, and you gotta love how Mann milks them both as larger-than-life prescences that collide like epic and shit at the cage, the legendary bank shoot-out, and of course the powerful ending.
As for RIGHTEOUS KILL….its from the director of the Pacino turd 88 MINUTES.
Yeah its gonna suck.

DeNiro acting like DeNiro. Pacino being Pacino. This is about 10 years past its expiration date. They should have really done it right in the beginning with 1995’s Heat.
This year? I could careless.
