I only like one traditional horror movie and that’s the Micheal Myers original 1978 film Halloween. Halloween kills is sitting mediocre at 53 percent on rotten tomatoes.com
Memo to AD: Not every URL is malicious!
Emmys might actually make that inexplicably popular K-Hunger Games ripoff Squid Game eligible for the domestic telecast. Fine to have it for international Emmy consideration, certainly. Not for next year’s primetime show:

I have only liked a Wan film, so far, “The Conjuring” – did not see the sequel, though. I may check this out – when in streaming – as I heard/read it has a bonkers twist and quickly runs away from what the trailers and expectations were (mis)leading you, and that it is an open homage to giallo (a sub-genre that I don’t particularly like, but Suspiria and Scream and Halloween are superb, among others).
Moderately interested…
Annabelle Wallis is a terrific actress, but boy oh boy, does she need a new agent. Rebecca Ferguson has stolen her career, as essentially they’re the same age, same look…etc.
