This La La Land Trailer captures, better than any of the other teaser, what the experience of this film is. And despite that it references other films, it is unique – not just in how it redefines Hollywood and Los Angeles, but in how it approaches the new, what it offers weary audiences who really do seek a film that gives back more than it takes.
Written and directed by Damien Chazelle, the film stars Emma Stone as Mia, an aspiring actress, and Ryan Gosling, a jazz musician, both are struggling to make ends meet in the city famous for crushing dreams and aspirations.
