The Creepy New Poster for Alien: Covenant

We’re inching closer to the release of Alien: Covenant and the new poster release by 20th Century Fox reveals a scary and dark world, or should I say hell?
Directed by Ridley Scott, Michael Fassbender stars in the latest installment of the Alien series. Scott has said this prequel is set to depict every stage of the Xenomorph, and this poster shows the aliens causing terror.

The official synopsis reads:

Ridley Scott returns to the universe he created, with ALIEN: COVENANT, a new chapter in his groundbreaking ALIEN franchise. The crew of the colony ship Covenant, bound for a remote planet on the far side of the galaxy, discovers what they think is an uncharted paradise, but is actually a dark, dangerous world. When they uncover a threat beyond their imagination, they must attempt a harrowing escape.

In case you missed it, the official trailer starts off with the crew toasting and celebrating the start of their colony mission, and then it just goes wrong.

Alien: Covenant is released on May 19. Maybe we should take advice from the poster…
