This Oscar season has gotten off to a wild ride in the Big Apple as the National Board of Review and now the New York Film Critics Circle have thrown many of us for a loop with their year-end winners. Still, there are a few of you who were savvy enough to rise to the top in our NYFCC prediction contest.

Congratulations to our three winners, who correctly guessed five out of ten categories:

Miles Bisher
Flavio Isihi
PJ Edwards

And here are the runners-up with four correct predictions out of ten:

Jeremy Smith
Keir Basilio
James Baker
Ryan McIntire
Andrew Carden
Jeffrey Marcopulos
Mike Spreter
John Viacrucis
Matt Rainstein
Jefferson Grubbs
Alex Meredith
Ofer Liebergall

Finally, shout outs to Ofer Liebergall who was the only entrant who correctly predicted Mudbound for Cinematography (along with our own Jalal Haddad of AD’s Oscar Squad), Dion Blackler for being the lone soul correctly guessing Sean Baker for Best Director, and to Zachary “Sir Kicks” Hammer for picking Tiffany Haddish like a boss for Supporting Actress.

Here’s the score distribution for the 188 entries we received for this contest:
