Bleecker Street has released a new trailer for Steven Soderbergh’s psychological thriller, Unsane. Claire Foy stars as a young woman who is afraid of her stalker and is involuntarily committed to a mental institution where she is confronted by her greatest fear–but is it real or is it a product of her delusion?
Not only did Soderbergh shoot the film in secret, he also shot the entire film on an iPhone. Speaking to Indiewire at Sundance last week, Soderbergh said, “he was so impressed with the quality of iPhone cinematography that he would likely continue to use phones to shoot his movies going forward.”
