SAVANNAH, Ga. — Jan. 11, 2018 — The Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) today announced that Entertainment Weekly (EW) will serve as the first ever Official Media Partner for the 2019 SCAD aTVfest in Atlanta. Now in its seventh year, the university’s annual signature event celebrating the television industry will be held at SCADshow in Atlanta February 7-9, 2019.
As the Official Media Partner for SCAD aTVfest, EW will help program and moderate select talent panels, along with hosting a photo and video studio where talent will create exclusive content to run across EW’s print, digital and social platforms.

SCAD’s premier School of Entertainment Arts program creates world-class, industry-ready talent that not only fills a need in Georgia, but the industry nationwide, through top ranked film and television degree programs. More than 8,100 SCAD students and alumni work in the fields of animation, entertainment, motion pictures, media production, writing, editing, broadcast media and performing arts, with over 2,800 in Georgia alone.
