Greta Gerwig’s Little Women, with Saoirse Ronan, Meryl Streep, Emma Watson, Florence Pugh, Laura Dern and Timothee Chalamet. I have always been vaguely annoyed by the self-importance of Little Women, or how it’s been done so far on the big screen but I gotta say, this one looks really really good – from the cinematography to the costumes to the acting…looks like a grand slam for Gerwig.
