In addition to being the premiere channel to catch shorts from around the world, ShortsTV has launched a brand new podcast dedicated to how it feels to actually win an Oscar. The series, hosted by ShortsTV CEO Carter Pilcher and Rasha Goel, will go through many steps along the way before reaching the Dolby Theater. Episodes will feature industry insiders, short filmmaker nominees and Oscar winners, giving you an unprecedented insight into what it really takes to win an Oscar.
The first episode of Road to the Oscars, titled “Oscar Qualification,” features Jon Bloom, governor of the Short Films and Feature Animation Branch at the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.
