Basterds, Serious Man top ICS nominees

The International Cinephile Society has announced its nominees for the 2009 cinematic year. Inglourious Basterds leads the field with 10 nominations, followed by A Serious Man with 8, and The Hurt Locker and The White Ribbon with 6 apiece. The winners, along with ranked lists for Best Picture and Best Film Not in the English Language, will be announced on February 17, 2010.
