Sure to be one of the best films of this year (or any year), the Coens’ Inside Llewyn Davis will have its release date of December 6, and will expand to more theaters December 20.

Oscar Isaac, Carey Mulligan, John Goodman are all potential contenders in the acting categories, and since there aren’t any writers working today who can compare to the Coens, the script ought to be in the running as well. Inside Llewyn Davis will get another chance in front of fest crowds when it hits Telluride (as it’s rumored to do) later this month.
