You voted! We voted! And now it’s time to reveal the 4th Annual ADTV Cooler Awards nominations! Be sure to check out Awards Daily TV during the Primetime Emmy® Phase 2 nominations starting August 15. You can vote right here at ADTV for the winner and help award the ADTV Cooler Award to your favorite show or performer!

In the Drama race, the readers and staff of Awards Daily TV didn’t hold a controversial final season against Game of Thrones. The fantasy drama walked away with 8 nominations, leading the Drama contenders. Tied for second among the Drama categories are FX’s Pose and Amazon’s Homecoming, recovering from a weak awards season on the guild front. The biggest surprise among the Drama categories is the recognition of Sex Education in the Drama Series and Actor categories. Surprisingly, Gillian Anderson wasn’t nominated despite being the most acclaimed aspect of the series.

On the Comedy front, The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel received top Comedy mentions with 5 nominations. The major players in the cast received nominations, including Marin Hinkle for supporting actress along with Alex Borstein. Following closely is ADTV favorite Schitt’s Creek with 4 nominations for series, actor, actress, and supporting actor. Comedy Central cult favorite The Other Two also surprisingly received a strong number of nominations, 3 bids for series, actor, and supporting actress.

Ava DuVernay’s Limited Series When They See Us received top honors for the Limited Series race. It’s 6 bids included series and five nominations for its acting cast, overcoming the challenge that such a big ensemble can bring. HBO’s Sharp Object followed closely with 5 nominations based on the strong performance of its supporting cast. It received series, actress, two supporting actress bids, and a mention for Chris Messina in the supporting actor race. Showtime’s acclaimed Escape At Dannemora received 4 nominations, missing out on the expected Eric Lange nomination in supporting actor. HBO’s Chernobyl and FX’s Fosse/Verdon also received 4 nominations.

Take a look at the full list of this year’s nominees! Were your favorites included? Sound off in the comments as usual!
